User Acquisition Manager

We're looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join an ambitious team working on mobile apps in the beauty, health, and psychology niches. You'll manage ad campaigns, optimize user acquisition channels, and directly impact product growth.

📌 Responsibilities:

• Manage ad campaigns on Meta Ads

• Work with large budgets (from $200K/month)

• Develop user acquisition strategies and optimize conversion

• Implement retargeting strategies and collaborate with the creative team

• Analyze campaign performance and regularly adjust strategies to hit KPIs

✅ What we're looking for:

• Important! Experience with subscription-based apps is a must

• 3+ years of experience in User Acquisition, preferably in mobile apps

• Experience managing budgets from $200K/month

• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads

• Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making

• Ability to work in a startup environment and scale processes quickly

• English level — B2 or higher
