User Acquisition Manager

We are looking for specialist with experience in buying traffic for Tier-1 countries and a background in the financial industry. The key responsibility is to scale traffic acquisition while meeting specified KPIs. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of launching successful advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat, managing monthly budgets of $100,000 or more, and using data analysis to make informed decisions. We are seeking a proactive individual with structured thinking who can collaborate closely with creative and product teams. Your Responsibilities:

• Managing advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook), TikTok, and Snapchat in the U.S. market

• Full-cycle of performance marketing: campaigns launch, ongoing (testing multiple hypotheses, analytics, reporting), scaling to achieve KPIs.

• Collaboration with the creative team to test and develop effective creatives.

• Analysis and optimization of sales funnels, working with landing pages to improve conversion rates.

• Monitoring and analysis of competitors.

• Collaborate with the team and provide recommendations for campaign improvements.

Your Experience:

• Experience in Lead Generation from 2 years.

• Experience in running ads with budgets of $100K and above per month. Skills in scaling advertising campaigns.

• Experience in launching successful campaigns on Meta, TT, Snapchat.

• A deep understanding of the specifics of the U.S. advertising market, including its unique characteristics, trends, regulations, and consumer behavior.

• Ability to collaborate with creative teams and create briefs for testing new hypotheses.

• Experience in landing page optimization and understanding of CRO principles will be a plus.

• English - Upper-Intermediate or higher.
