Wallet in Telegram is a digital asset solution natively embedded into Telegram’s interface. Backed by The Open Platform, Wallet in Telegram gained 100M+ user accounts in 2024, and aims to make its solution available to all 1BN+ of Telegram’s users. Wallet in Telegram offers a dual-wallet experience with Crypto Wallet (a multi-chain wallet for trading and sending crypto to contacts) and TON Wallet (a self-custodial wallet with access to the TON ecosystem of dApps and tokens).

We are looking for a hands-on User Acquisition Lead to own Wallet's user acquisition across markets and channels, driving growth in funded and active accounts at a sustainable acquisition cost. This is a hands-on player-coach role: you'll run campaigns yourself while leading a team of local market managers responsible for growth in their regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own paid acquisition strategy and budget across channels: ad platforms, mobile and crypto ad networks, affiliate / CPA.
  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns personally, not only brief agencies.
  • Own the numbers: CAC, ROAS, cost per funded account, retention and LTV by channel and market. Cut low-quality traffic, scale what converts.
  • Build and lead local market managers, and hold the quality bar across geos.
  • Work with product, analytics, and creative to improve the funnel to funded account and close attribution gaps.

Requirements:

  • Performance / UA experience in fintech: investment or trading platforms, neobanks, cards.
  • Genuine hands-on operator across the major ad platforms, no middle layer.
  • Led distributed or local teams across markets.
  • Strong on attribution, cohorts, and unit economics (CAC, LTV, ROAS).
  • Crypto experience a plus. At minimum you use crypto yourself and understand the customer.
