About your Role
In this role, you will join the Customer Support Department, a detail-oriented and client-focused group dedicated to protecting trust across every stage of the trading journey. As part of the Trading Claims function, your primary focus will be on investigating and resolving client claims related to trading activity, platform performance, and transaction discrepancies. Your biggest challenge will be analyzing complex trading data, platform records, and operational workflows to deliver accurate and fair resolutions while maintaining regulatory and procedural integrity. Your work will directly contribute to Weltrade’s mission of providing a secure, transparent, and reliable trading experience for clients worldwide. We are looking for a specialist who is self-sufficient, analytical, and ready to thrive in an autonomous, high-impact environment.
You Have
Proven experience within the Forex, CFD, or online trading industry, with a strong understanding of trading operations and client claim resolution processes.
Hands-on experience investigating trading disputes through the analysis of trading logs, transaction records, execution reports, and platform data.
Strong knowledge of trading platforms, financial instruments, market execution principles, and trading lifecycle processes.
Demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial and operational data, identify root causes, and deliver evidence-based resolutions.
Professional proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
Good to Have
Previous experience handling claims, disputes, or operational investigations within a regulated financial services environment.
Familiarity with MetaTrader platforms and brokerage back-office systems.
Experience working within a remote-first and globally distributed organization.
