Trader Support (Japanese-speaking)

We are looking for a fluent Japanese-speaking Trader Support Officer to join our growing team and support clients in the Japanese market.

 In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for both prospective and existing clients of The Trading Pit, while also supporting internal departments. You will provide exceptional service through live chat, email, and phone, assisting with onboarding, technical issues, and account-related inquiries.

Languages Required:

Japanese – fluent (written and spoken) – mandatory

English – fluent (written and spoken) – mandatory

Additional language skills will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support to clients via live chat, email, and phone

• Assist Japanese-speaking clients with onboarding, technical issues, and platform navigation

• Manage and verify KYC documentation and ensure smooth onboarding procedures

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system

• Liaise with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently

• Handle affiliate agreements and commission processes: draft contracts, track performance, and manage monthly payouts

• Localize and translate content such as website copy and marketing materials into Japanese

• Deliver market-specific support tailored to Japanese-speaking clientele

Requirements:

• Fluency in Japanese and English – both written and spoken is mandatory

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support role, preferably in financial services

• Understanding of financial instruments (FX, Futures, Crypto, Stocks) is a strong plus

• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• High level of computer literacy; proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive, client-focused mindset with attention to detail

• Willingness to work on public holidays
