We work with a broad range of technologies including EVM, TVM, Bitcoin, Solana, ZK, and Rollup-based architectures. Our portfolio includes trustless cross-chain solutions, public APIs, blockchain node implementations, and smart contract systems deployed across multiple chains.

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the delivery of blockchain-based products in the TON ecosystem. The role combines product management and technical expertise — you will define business needs, translate them into system requirements, and work closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

You will be responsible for the full product lifecycle - from requirements gathering and roadmap definition to acceptance testing and stakeholder communication. A strong background in DeFi protocols, system analysis, and documentation is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Business Needs Definition: identify and validate business requirements in collaboration with partners and customers.

• Communication: interact with partners and customers to ensure transparency and alignment of requirements with business objectives.

• Demonstrations & Presentations: conduct product demos and prepare collateral for both internal and external audiences.

• Requirements Formalization: Business and System requirements (BRD, CJM, SRS, API).

• Task Formulation: collaborate with engineering leads to decompose the tasks

• Delivery Oversight: end-to-end supervision of project tasks

• Risk Management: identifying and escalating technical and non-technical risks.

• Evaluation & Roadmapping: collaborate with engineering leads on roadmap planning and evaluation.

• Presale documentation and proposals development.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in technical product management

• Delivery experience from MVP to production.

• Requirements management from business value to detailed tasks.

• Systems analysis: technical requirements, architecture, stack selection.

• Technical documentation: specs, APIs, sequence diagrams.

• DeFi Expertise: DEX, lending, staking, vesting, cross-chain; smart contracts understanding.

• Fluent English, verbal and written.

Nice-to-have

• Understanding the principles of Ton Blockchain (Messaging/Tact/Tolk/FunC).

• Integration understanding**:** REST, WebSocket; security (OAuth2, KYC/AML).

• UX/UI awareness, work with designers.

• Tools: Draw.io, Figma, Miro.
