Technical Product Manager — Telco & eSIM Platform

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager with hands-on experience in eSIM, telecom, roaming, or carrier integrations. You’ll work closely with our Product, Telecom, Engineering, QA, and Support teams to turn telecom capabilities, vendor integrations, and provisioning requirements into reliable eSIM products used globally.

Responsibilities:

• Own the technical side of the eSIM lifecycle — provisioning, installation, activation, network registration, usage, top-ups, and edge cases.

• Turn telecom requirements and vendor capabilities into clear product and engineering tasks.

• Manage and improve telco/vendor integrations: APIs, webhooks, status mapping, error handling, logging, and monitoring.

• Investigate production issues together with Support, Engineering, and Telecom teams and turn recurring problems into systemic improvements.

• Define requirements, acceptance criteria, QA scenarios, and support/debug flows.

• Take technical changes from discovery through release and post-release validation.

Requirements:

• Experience in telecom, eSIM, connectivity, roaming, MVNO/MVNE/MNO, or carrier integrations.

• Strong understanding of ICCID, IMSI, EID, SM-DP+, APN, provisioning, and network registration.

• Understanding of Apple/iOS eSIM provisioning, device compatibility, and common activation/install issues.

• Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, logs, errors, and troubleshooting production integrations.

• Ability to translate complex technical problems into actionable product requirements.

• Strong English and experience with Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar tools.
