Technical Project Manager

Location: Limassol , Maximous Plaza

Your Experience:

• Fluency in Russian, English is a plus

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, ideally with web projects (5+ years overall in IT)

• Hands-on experience in technology and software engineering practices

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

• Ability to make informed technical decisions and apply best delivery practices

• Experience in hiring, evaluating, and developing team members

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage senior-level teams

• Ownership of process excellence and a results-driven mindset

Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives

• Drive results by effectively managing timelines and resources

• Monitor and enhance the productivity and efficiency of feature teams

• Support teams in overcoming blockers and implementing practices to optimize delivery processes

• Manage expectations of multiple key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals

• Act as a communication bridge between teams and top management, providing transparent and timely updates

• Lead and implement change practices to improve workflows and adapt to evolving business needs

• Manage a senior-level team, fostering growth and maintaining high performance

• Support recruitment, performance evaluations, and professional development within the team
