The Role
We’re looking for a strong Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. You'll help customers onboard successfully, solve technical challenges, and play a key role in shaping how our Support function scales over time.
Working Schedule
This role follows a non-standard working schedule designed to provide extended coverage for our customers.
Your regular working day starts at 11:00 CET. On certain pre-planned days, based on team coverage needs, your schedule may shift 2 hours later, meaning you'll work from 13:00 CET instead.
We always communicate these schedule adjustments in advance, and this flexibility is an essential requirement for the role.
In this role, you will
Provide customer support and meet SLA goals by promptly addressing inquiries.
Provide fast, personalized initial responses for technical investigations.
Escalate advanced technical issues to developers and provide detailed reports upon escalation.
Update product documentation in cooperation with the team.
Communicate daily with the team and share the latest updates.
Build relationships and trust-stay friends with our customers and make them love FunnelFox.
You will be a great fit if
You have a proven background: 1+ year in 2nd line technical support in B2B companies.
You’re a pleasant and patient communicator, tolerant of different people, and you enjoy communication.
You have excellent English (B2+): your writing is as strong as your speaking skills.
You have basic SQL knowledge and can work with server logs.
You’re familiar with Kibana (ELK Search) and REST APIs.
You have basic front-end development skills.
