The Team Leader, Search, Content & AI Discovery will help shape how Exness responds to changing customer expectations and the ways people discover information, evaluate brands, and make decisions in an AI-driven world. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to our AI search strategy and test new approaches as customer behavior and technology evolve.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for content across all Exness websites and blogs, alongside SEO, ASO, and AEO/GEO. You will turn the agreed strategy into delivery priorities, ensure the necessary tracking tools are developed with partner teams, and use AI tools and agents to improve how the team works.

The role is based in our office in Limassol, Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.

What you'll actually do

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team responsible for SEO, ASO, AEO/GEO, and content across Exness websites and blogs.
Set clear team and individual objectives, provide regular feedback, and support professional growth through 1-on-1s and coaching.
Build the team’s expertise in AI-driven discovery and emerging SEO, AEO/GEO practices, encouraging experimentation and shared learning.
Plan team capacity and prioritize work across search and content.
Keep backlogs current and coordinate delivery with other teams.
Resolve dependencies and adjust plans when priorities or available resources change.
Help shape Exness’s SEO, ASO, and AEO/GEO strategy as customer expectations and discovery habits evolve.
Own the content strategy, priorities, and editorial standards across all Exness websites and blogs.
Translate the agreed direction into a roadmap that balances content needs with search improvements and new experiments.
Test new approaches, assess their impact, and use the findings to guide further investment.
Define success metrics for content, SEO, ASO, and AI discovery, linking performance to acquisition and conversion where it can be measured.
Define requirements and priorities for tracking tools, and coordinate their delivery with Product, Engineering, and Analytics.
Review performance regularly and use the findings to prioritize content updates and search improvements.
Use AI tools and agents to reduce manual work and improve delivery speed and quality.
Establish a regular process for creating, localizing, reviewing, updating, and retiring content across websites and blogs.
Evaluate workflow changes against time saved and output quality, retaining editorial review where needed.
Align search and content initiatives with relevant teams’ business priorities and product launches.
Work with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to deliver tracking tools and technical improvements for SEO, ASO, and AI discovery.
Coordinate with Brand and Compliance to keep messaging consistent and accurate across websites and blogs.
Communicate progress, results, and tradeoffs to stakeholders, and resolve cross-team dependencies.

Who we’re looking for

Relevant professional experience in SEO, content strategy, or digital growth. A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is welcome but not required.
Experience leading search and content initiatives across multiple websites or markets, with measurable results.
Practical experience testing AEO/GEO approaches and working on app store optimization.
People management experience, including coaching and developing a multidisciplinary team.
Experience introducing AI tools or agents into team workflows.
Experience turning strategic priorities into delivery plans and coordinating work across teams.
Strong SEO expertise, working knowledge of ASO, and practical understanding of AEO/GEO approaches and their limitations.
Ability to define success metrics and interpret search visibility, web analytics, and conversion data.
Ability to define requirements for tracking tools and work with technical teams to deliver them.
Practical ability to introduce and improve AI-assisted workflows, including the use of agents.
Understanding of content strategy, localization, and editorial standards across websites and blogs.
Strong English communication skills.
Curiosity about new technologies and judgment about where they can improve results.
Ability to design useful experiments when evidence is limited.
Clear prioritization and willingness to make tradeoffs between ongoing delivery and new opportunities.
A coaching approach to leadership, with clear expectations and accountability.
Ability to help the team change established ways of working.
Clear communication and ability to resolve disagreements across teams.
