Talent Sourcer

We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Talent Sourcer to support the continued growth of our team. In this role, you will focus on building strong talent pipelines for current and upcoming roles across technical, business, creative, and leadership functions. You will partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, identify relevant talent markets, and develop effective sourcing strategies.

The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on sourcing skills with a proactive mindset, a structured approach to research, and the ability to independently find and engage high-quality candidates, including passive talent for niche and hard-to-fill positions.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Talent Sourcing, preferably within a product or tech company.

• Strong hands-on experience with direct sourcing across LinkedIn, Djinni, job boards, professional communities, referrals, and other relevant channels.

• Experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles.

• Strong skills in candidate research, market mapping, and talent identification.

• Experience working with multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers.

• Analytical and data-driven mindset: ability to track sourcing metrics and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt sourcing strategies based on hiring needs.

• English proficiency — Intermediate+

Responsibilities

• Build strong talent pipelines for current and upcoming roles.

• Source and engage passive candidates across relevant channels.

• Conduct market mapping and identify target companies and talent pools.

• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs.

• Create and improve personalized outreach approaches.

• Track sourcing metrics and continuously improve sourcing effectiveness.

• Keep candidate data and pipelines up to date in the ATS.

Nice to have

• Be based in Ukraine.

• Experience conducting international searches and working with candidates across different markets.

• Strong experience using AI tools for sourcing.
