• Strategize: Partner with managers to define success and lead our hiring roadmap.

• Influence: Drive decisions across Tech, Marketing, Product, Program Management, and others.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Full-Cycle Recruiter: At least 2–3 years of experience in fast-paced environments.

• Sourcing Expert: High proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter (AI tools are a plus).

• Communicator: Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders globally.

• Languages: Fluent English (Greek or Russian is a major advantage).

NICE-TO-HAVE:

• Experience with building teams in iGaming or other fintechs with high-load platforms.

• Proven experience applying AI to automate recruitment processes.
