AutoBidMaster is on a mission to help our customers give a second life to used cars by simplifying auto auctions for all.  We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Your Role

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist  you’ll be responsible for the full recruitment cycle: from sourcing candidates to ensuring a smooth handover to HR for onboarding. You’ll work closely with hiring managers across departments, ensuring we not only fill roles quickly but also raise the bar on the quality of our hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sourcing strategies (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach).

• Screen resumes, conduct first-round interviews, and shortlist top candidates.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and advise on market trends.

• Coordinate interviews and candidate feedback, ensuring a smooth and professional process.

• Maintain BambooHR data accuracy and provide regular recruitment reports (time-to-fill, pipeline status, cost-per-hire).

• Support employer branding initiatives (social media posts, career fairs, online presence).

• Ensure compliance with labor law and company policies during the hiring process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).

• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking).

• Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously, ideally in fast-growing organizations.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and timelines.

• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and improve processes based on data.

• Fluency in English (Polish is a plus).
