Talent Sourcing & Market Intelligence: Leverage multiple sourcing channels including direct sourcing, networking, referrals and talent communities. Provide sourcing and screening support on senior, hard-to-fill and leadership roles across the broader EMEA region.
Talent Acquisition Projects: Contribute to regional Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects aimed at improving recruitment processes, technology, candidate experience and employer branding.
Data & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Stakeholder & Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers through clear communication, consistency in process and timely updates throughout the recruitment cycle.
Relationship Management: Build strong, collaborative relationships with local HR colleagues, hiring managers and the broader business community at Camfil.
Key requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruiter, Talent Sourcer, or in a similar role, either in an in-house, RPO or agency environment.
Fluent (C1-C2 level) in English and at least one of the following European languages: German, French, Swedish, Dutch, Spanish, Italian or Slovak. Proficiency in German would be a strong advantage. Candidates fluent in three languages would be given priority.
Full-cycle recruitment experience preferred. Candidates with strong sourcing backgrounds who are looking to transition into a 360° recruitment role are encouraged to apply.
Solid knowledge of recruitment methodologies, talent sourcing strategies, competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment techniques.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and talent acquisition tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, etc.), maintaining accurate hiring data and reporting.
