Systems Administrator
We’re looking for a motivated System Administrator to join our growing team and support the evolving needs of our fast-paced, start-up environment. You'll work closely with our CTO on managing and securing the company’s infrastructure while helping shape a scalable and resilient IT foundation.

Administer endpoint management and security policies across both Windows and macOS devices using Intune and related tools to ensure compliance and data protection.
Oversee Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence, and Service Management), including configuration, access, and user provisioning.
Manage software licensing, procurement, and asset tracking, ensuring cost-effective, compliant usage of hardware and software across the organization.
Provide hands-on technical support to ~60 local and remote team members across multiple locations, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Develop and maintain IT operational documentation, knowledge base articles, and process guidelines to support efficiency and self-service.
Implement ITSM/ITIL best practices for service delivery, incident management, and continuous improvement.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement infrastructure improvements, staying current with emerging technologies to support business growth and resilience.
Support security and disaster recovery processes, including backup management, access controls, and system monitoring.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure engineering roles.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and macOS/Windows endpoint management.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS (IAM, EC2, S3), and Cloudflare for DNS and security configurations.
Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Service Management) and general SaaS administration.
Solid understanding of network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP); familiarity with VoIP concepts is a plus.
Strong skills in IT asset and license management, procurement workflows, and access governance.
Understanding of ITIL/ITSM principles and service delivery models.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn and implement new technologies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice to Have
Experience automating workflows (PowerShell, Terraform, Bash, or other scripting tools).
Familiarity with device compliance, conditional access, and zero trust principles.
Experience using vulnerability assessment tools to perform regular perimeter or internal scans.
