System Analyst (Payment Gate)

We’re looking for experienced System Analyst to join our team and help us to improve quality and speed of providing new features in payments flow.
The Payment Gate team responsible for the development and maintenance of payment services is a crucial part of the company, ensuring the seamless execution of financial transactions. This team is in charge of building, evolving, and maintaining the payment hub and payment-gate —complex systems that process thousands of transactions in real-time.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyze and document business requirements, system specifications, and workflows

  • Design and configure system solutions on the Payment Gate platform to align with business needs

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, integrations, and customizations

  • Identify system improvements and optimize workflows within the Payment Gate platform

  • Develop and maintain detailed system documentation, including functional specifications, data models, integration plans, sequence and BPMN diagrams

  • Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and assist in resolving system-related problems

  • Work closely with developers to support the development and deployment of system solutions

  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users

  • Ensure system stability and performance by identifying issues and recommending solutions

  • Stay up-to-date with new features and best practices within the Payments platform

  • Design, implement, and maintain system integrations between Payment Gate and other enterprise applications (e.g., Corebanking, CRM, third-party APIs)

  • Analyze integration requirements, define data flows, and manage data mapping for seamless integration across platforms

Requirements and expectations

  • 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or a similar role

  • Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and business process management

  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party APIs)

  • Proficiency in BPMN notation for business process modeling and process optimization

  • Ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation, including system specifications, data models, integration plans, sequence and BPMN diagrams, and technical workflows

  • Experience with data mapping, API integrations, and integration testing

  • Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and resolving integration and system issues

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teams

  • Analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex technical problems
