System Analyst (Mobile App)

With 250+ clients worldwide, our platform provides lead management, verification, finance tools, integrations with major trading platforms (MT4, MT5, cTrader, DevXperts, XOpenHub, and others), reporting, automation, and much more. We also offer custom modules tailored to specific business needs, making our solution highly flexible and adaptable — one of the key reasons why clients choose us.

Our mobile app is evolving, and we’re looking for a System Analyst to support its growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements for improvements or new features in the mobile app.
• Research and validate ideas and potential enhancements.
• Collect user feedback to improve mobile app functionality and UX.
• Prepare task specifications for necessary API or backend enhancements.
• Coordinate feature development with internal teams and support task prioritization.
• Create and maintain system and project documentation.
• Advise internal teams on existing mobile app features and constraints.

Requirements:

• Solid experience working with mobile apps.
• English proficiency sufficient for communication with international clients.
• Strong communication skills, structured thinking, and a result-oriented mindset.
• Domain expertise in Forex will be a strong advantage.
