System Analyst Middle+ [Risk Team]

The Risk Team is responsible for automated IT solutions in risk management processes. Within this process we solve the tasks for creating models and inference it on production in real-time with specified SLA, integrate tons of external services and make decisions only on data.

Our team is at the forefront of analysis, conducting thorough evaluations of potential risks associated with our technological infrastructure and software solutions. We are looking for a System analyst to join our team and to launch new functionality for our Colombian part of business from scratch.

Challenges that await you:

• Proactively propose and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and optimize the conversion funnel, ensuring a seamless user journey

• Participation in the product's life cycle from idea to implementation and launch

• Elaboration of specifications for integration interactions between products

• Work with Engineering, Design, and other key teams, ensuring a unified and effective approach to product development

• Creation of technical documentations, specifications and service requirements

• Designing efficient technical solutions considering business needs with development team

• Finding solutions for complex issues on production

• End-to-end product development requirements management

What makes you a great fit:

• At least 3 years of experience as System Analyst specifically in Risk-tech or related domains

• Experience with designing API, architecture, data model and business processes

• UML/BPMN experienced

• Ability to analyze business needs and create clear specification for developers

• REST/gRPC models knowledge

• Experience designing complex scalable services with high load and high availability

• Hands-on experience in launching and developing products from scratch

• Basic knowledge of prioritization frameworks and team management skills

• Basic SQL skills

• B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
