System Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Systems Analyst to join our team and drive the successful delivery of our technical solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing product requirements, creating technical specifications, and overseeing the entire development process to ensure we build high-quality, effective features.

Your Role:

• Collect, process and document business requirements, translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop all related technical documentation, diagrams, specifications and set the tasks for engineers.
• Draft architecture solutions, approve them with the Senior Solution Architect.
• Oversee the development process, accept the final testing results.
• Ensure there are no uncovered corner-cases, security issues, unwanted behavior of the system of any kind.
• Maintain and oversee the feature on the production.
• Be a go-to person for the features developed.
• Be a spokesperson on the demo of the functionality to the customer.
• Manage and improve internal documentation when needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years work experience as a business/system analyst.
• Experience in working with backend functionality service architecture, API.
• Knowledge of diagram notations and standards.
• Experience in drafting functional/non-functional requirements and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of today’s software development practices, architectural patterns, technologies.
• Excellent written communication skills, carefulness in managing internal documentation.
• Analytical skills and system thinking Focus on results.
• Personal qualities: sociability, diligence, responsibility, stress resistance.
• Confident spoken and written English and Russian.
• Experience working with Postman, plantUML will be an advantage.
