System Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining network operations, installing, configuring, and servicing operating systems (Windows, Mac, *nix) and user software;

• Managing online services, including creating user accounts, email management, assigning access rights, tracking and managing subscriptions and payments;

• Coordinating with third-party technical support services;

• Providing technical support to users;

• Administering Google Workspace;

• Monitoring task deadlines using Jira and Slack;

• Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly, with a proactive and investigative approach;

• Documenting all technical procedures and incidents;

• Assisting senior colleagues with complex projects and tasks.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator;

• Experience with Linux, Windows, and macOS (configuration, monitoring, service management);

• Experience with administering Google Workspace;

• Experience with any cloud provider (AWS, Google Cloud);

• Experience with Docker and containerization basics;

• Experience with backup systems;

• Desire for professional growth;

• Self-reliance, responsibility, and multitasking ability.

Nice to have:

• Experience with CloudFlare, GitHub;

• Experience with enterprise-class antivirus software (Checkpoint);
