SRE [CRM Unit]
CRM Unit
CRM Core is responsible for building and scaling the core customer communication infrastructure across the bank. Within the telephony direction, the team develops and improves the platform that powers inbound and outbound calls and integrates with key business areas such as antifraud, telesales, and other operational teams.
Challenges that await you:
Own and improve service reliability for the product team: design for HA/performance/scale, define SLIs/SLOs
Align with org standards, implement DevOps-driven updates: support processes (disaster recovery, new environments), templates, services, breaking changes, security fixes
Own release lifecycle: maintain charts, manage safe rollouts (blue/green/canary), ensure frequent, reliable releases, ensure valid scaling for services and optimize resources
Build and evolve GitLab CI/CD for build, test, security scans, and progressive delivery; speed up and harden pipelines
Maintain and improve end‑to‑end observability (monitoring, alerting, tracing)
Help with incidents: run RCAs, deliver fixes, and track reliability improvements to closure
Support team-level infrastructure requests like: migrations, connectivity schemas, 3rd‑party tools integration, load testing
What makes you a great fit:
3+ years in SRE/DevOps or production engineering for web services
Understanding of the principles of multi-component system architecture and ability to apply them in practice (load balancing, ensuring fault tolerance etc.)
Cloud experience (preferably AWS)
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm
GitLab CI/CD expertise: pipelines, templates, secrets handling, containerization
Observability: Prometheus/VM and ELK, build useful dashboards and alerts, familiarity with RED/USE and Four Golden Signals
SLI/SLO thinking and error budgets, on-call, incident response, and running effective RCAs
Basic experience with databases, key-value stores, and Kafka; strong knowledge is a plus
Scripting skills: Bash/Python
B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
