Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR)
SPH Engineering builds professional technology solutions used in 150+ countries. We’re looking for an energetic SDR who can turn a list of enterprise accounts into real opportunities — through deep research, personalized outreach, and solid hand-offs to AEs.
🧭 What you’ll do:
— Work with target accounts across geophysics, hydrography, mining, utilities, and engineering
— Research companies, map org structures, and identify key decision-makers
— Build value hypotheses: connect our solutions (bathymetry, GPR, magnetometry, methane detection) to client initiatives
— Run multi-threaded outreach — smart emails, calls, DMs, plus pre-booking around webinars and case studies
— Qualify leads using BANT, and prepare detailed, high-quality hand-offs for AEs
— Keep CRM (Zoho) and outreach tools clean and up to date
💼 You have:
— 2+ years of outbound SDR / ABM experience in B2B tech or enterprise solutions
— A proven record of booking VP/C-level meetings through thoughtful personalization, not volume
— Excellent English (C1); French or German is a strong plus
— Hands-on experience with outbound stacks: Sales Navigator, Clay, Lusha/Apollo/ZoomInfo, Lemlist/Heyreach/Expandi, intent tools
— Strong research mindset and the ability to translate complex tech into clear business value
