Software Golang Engineer [Processing Acquirer]

We’re looking for a Software Engineer (Golang) to join our Processing Acquirer team.

The Processing Acquirer team is building a new Acquiring platform to process payments for Plata cards and other major card schemes. Our long-term mission is to create a backbone for all payment operations accepted from diverse channels, serving both individuals and businesses. This platform will be critical infrastructure, requiring seamless integration with internal services and external partners like international payment networks.

As a Software Engineer on this team, you will design, build, and maintain scalable, responsive and reliable backend services in Go. Your work will be central to ensuring consistency and data integrity, as the platform has to be fault-tolerant and financially accurate. We value technologically advanced yet simple solutions.

We're still in the early stages of our growth, so you'll have the opportunity to take real ownership, shape key features, and see the direct impact of your work in production.

Challenges that await you:

• Interactions with other teams for the successful implementation of tasks

• Participate in architecture of backend services and development of a complex system using modern technologies

• Development of a new product from scratch

What makes you a great fit:

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering

• Excellent proven knowledge of Go

• You have an experience crafting robust, high-scale, distributed systems in production environments

• You have worked with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka

• Know REST and gRPC

• B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
