About the Role

We're looking for a Software Engineer who enjoys building production-quality software and solving challenging technical problems.

You'll work on AI-powered products, backend services, APIs, automation platforms, and cloud infrastructure while collaborating with engineers across multiple projects. We value ownership, clean architecture, and practical engineering over buzzwords.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs.

• Build AI-powered applications and agent-based workflows.

• Integrate LLMs, external APIs, and third-party services.

• Develop reliable cloud-native systems and automation pipelines.

• Design efficient database models and optimize application performance.

• Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews.

• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve reliability.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• Strong knowledge of Python, Go, or Node.js.

• Experience building REST APIs and backend systems.

• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, and modern databases.

• Experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent English is required — you'll communicate directly with international clients and engineering teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI agents, LLMs, RAG, or workflow automation.

• Knowledge of blockchain, Web3, or decentralized systems.

• Experience with React or Next.js.

• Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.

• Interest in AI infrastructure, benchmarking, or distributed systems.
