This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do, and your recruiter can share more about the in-office requirements.

Our employees in Poland are employed under a contract of employment.

What you’ll achieve

  • Build and ship high-quality features for our global Android user base in collaboration with Product and Design partners.

  • Contribute to and help grow Asana's Android community by sharing knowledge and best practices across teams.

  • Make improvements, and advocate for code quality, test coverage, addressing technical debt, and user experience.

  • Craft well-documented, well-structured, and well-tested code.

  • Help others on the team improve by providing thoughtful feedback in code/design reviews, and mentoring others in areas you are knowledgeable in.

  • Enable Asana’s Mobile teams to leverage the latest practices, tooling and SDKs.

  • Contribute to Asana-wide cross-platform feature launches.

  • Own and contribute to AoRs (Areas of Responsibility).

 About you

  • 3+ years of experience developing, releasing, and maintaining high-quality Android applications. Ideally using Kotlin.

  • Aware of the latest developments in the Android ecosystem.

  • Committed to leave code better than you found it.

  • Passion for crafting a delightful end-user experience.

  • Demonstrated strength as a communicator and collaborator.

  • Good judgment for balancing scrappiness and long-term code maintainability.

What we’ll offer

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 26,000 PLN - 28,900 PLN (gross monthly). The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
