Social Media manager (part-time)

We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media manager to help us consistently show up across our core channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.

This role focuses on content creation, editing, and distribution. You’ll work closely with leadership and the marketing team to turn product insights, customer proof, and industry commentary into clear, high-quality posts and visuals.

You are not expected to invent the strategy. Your job is to execute, amplify, and maintain a consistent publishing rhythm that builds authority and visibility for AIUTA. This role sits at the intersection of product storytelling, social distribution, and visual content creation.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Distribution

Help turn leadership and team ideas into clear, high-quality content across social channels.

  • Draft and edit posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and X

  • Turn Loom recordings, product demos, and internal insights into short videos and clips

  • Create simple visuals to support posts (product screenshots, comparisons, short reels)

  • Schedule and publish posts across platforms

  • Maintain a consistent posting cadence across channels

  • Blog Posts and other lead generation assets

Amplify Product Proof

Help translate what we’re building and learning into clear social content.

  • Turn product demos into short clips or visual explainers

  • Support posts that highlight customer proof, case studies, and product capabilities

  • Repurpose long-form content (blogs, articles, webinars) into social posts and threads

Support Team Distribution

Work with leadership and the team to expand reach.

  • Help draft posts for executives and team members

  • Coordinate posting around product launches, events, and customer announcements

  • Support AEs attending conferences with social posts and recap content

Monitor Engagement

Track and surface signals from social activity.

  • Monitor comments, mentions, and direct messages

  • Flag relevant conversations and engagement opportunities

  • Track which posts and formats perform best

Measurement:

You’ll help track and report on:

  • Post engagement (comments, shares, saves)

  • Follower growth

  • Reach and impressions

  • Inbound interest tied to social activity



The goal is consistent execution and growing industry visibility, not vanity metrics.

Qualifications:

Minimum

  • 2–4 years experience in social media, content, or digital marketing

  • Strong writing and editing skills

  • Experience creating content for LinkedIn

  • Basic design or visual editing skills (Canva, Figma, etc.)

  • Basic video editing ability (short clips, reels, Loom edits)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with B2B SaaS or technology companies

  • Interest in fashion, ecommerce, or retail technology

  • Experience repurposing content across multiple platforms

  • Comfort working in fast-moving startup environments
