About the position

We are currently looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar, to manage the day-to-day execution of the social media strategy and coordinate both internal and external teams involved in corresponding project activities.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day execution of the social media strategy, acting as the bridge between the brand's business objectives and its audience (B2B and B2C communications)

  • Develop and manage content calendars, continuously optimizing them based on performance and emerging trends

  • Create creative assets for multiple platforms in collaboration with the design team and external contractors; wrote post copy independently and in partnership with copywriters

  • Coordinate content publishing, community moderation, and basic performance analytics

  • Manage work with freelancers and external vendors, preparing detailed creative briefs and ensuring timely project delivery

  • Monitor key KPIs, tracked performance metrics, and prepare regular reports with actionable insights

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams to align social media initiatives with business and product objectives

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in social media marketing, either in-house or at an agency, with a portfolio demonstrating measurable results and case studies

  • Strong understanding of key social media metrics such as ER, CTR, Reach, and other performance indicators, with the ability to prepare analytical reports

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage

  • Solid understanding of the specifics of different social media platforms, including how content formats and user behavior vary across channels, as well as the distinctions between educational, entertainment, promotional, and other content types

  • Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with external vendors and contractors

  • Familiarity with modern AI tools and their practical applications in content creation and marketing workflows

  • Understanding of social media boosting and paid content promotion is a plus
