Social Media Manager

Pyroblast is an international gaming platform for PlayStation, Xbox, and PC players. We're building a global gaming community and looking for a creative, proactive Social Media Manager to grow our online presence.

📌 Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit.

• Grow our audience, engagement, reach, and brand awareness.

• Generate creative ideas for Reels, Shorts, TikToks, and other engaging content.

• Plan content calendars and coordinate content production and publishing.

• Manage community interactions, respond to DMs and comments.

• Identify gaming influencers, streamers, and content creators, negotiate collaborations, and manage partnerships.

• Monitor performance, analyze results, and experiment with new growth strategies.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in social media management and growth.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit.

• Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging, potentially viral content.

• Good English communication skills.

• Priority will be given to candidates with relevant experience in the gaming industry, gaming-related projects, or gaming content promotion.

• Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.) are a big plus.
