SMM Manager

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

SabioTrade is an international prop-trading startup within the Quadcode holding company. We are building an ecosystem where technology, analytics, and training help traders grow and remain funded.

We are looking for a modern and proactive SMM Manager with experience in Meta products and excellent English skills to help us grow our social media presence.

Tasks:

• Developing and implementing an SMM strategy for major platforms (Instagram, YouTube, X, Telegram, LinkedIn, and others) to increase brand awareness and audience engagement

• Monitoring current trends and implementing new formats

• Creating and managing content that resonates with the target audience, including the use of AI tools to generate creative content and optimize the content calendar

• Analyzing the effectiveness of SMM campaigns using engagement, reach, and conversion metrics, and adjusting the strategy based on the data obtained

• Collaborating with internal teams and contractors (design, marketing, product)

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing (SMM) for international markets

• Experience working with Instagram and X, and an understanding of each platform’s algorithms and unique features

• A current portfolio with statistics and examples of posts on Instagram and X

• English and Russian proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher—strong conversational skills are essential

• Experience working with AI tools for content planning and analytics

• Ability to analyze campaign effectiveness and work with metrics and reports

• Creativity, organization, and initiative

• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes
