SEO/GEO Specialist

Warsaw / Barcelona / Amsterdam

We are looking for an expert in SEO/GEO to lead our brand towards even better visibility for our potential customers and already existing users.

You will lead all SEO/GEO activities, including content, keyword, and link-building strategies to maximize brand visibility and drive traffic from both traditional search engines and AI answer engines across multiple languages.

Our team is fully hands on, independent and very much grounded to the core of the business. We tend to do and experiment, rather than wait and discuss for too long.

Key responsibilities:

• Track, report, and analyze traffic performance

• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization

• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations

• Optimize copy and landing pages for search/answer engine marketing

• Research and analyze competitor websites and activities

• Develop and implement link building strategy

• Work closely with the development team to ensure SEO/GEO best practices are properly implemented in newly developed code

• Lead content creation and content programming

• Recommend and implement where applicable changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO/GEO positions for target keywords

Requirements:

• Proven SEO/GEO experience with international brands (3+ years)

• Proven list of projects for GEO

• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, GA, GSC, Data Studio, WebTrends, Semrush, etc)

• Knowledge of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, answer engines algorithms

• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, GEO, SEM

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

• Proficiency conducting keyword analysis and research across multiple markets and languages

• Upper-Intermediate level of English. Additional languages, especially French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese are a big advantage

• Daily use of coding tools
