About your role

We’re looking for a Medior SEO & AEO Specialist to own our website and blog end-to-end.

You will own organic and AI-search growth for streamflow.finance. Crypto traffic rises and falls with the market; your job is to build visibility that stays high and stable through every cycle. That means a technically clean site, a blog that ranks and gets cited, strong external authority, smart use of AI in your workflow, and reporting that ties all of it to sign-ups.

Success looks like: Streamflow ranking first on Google for the Solana token distribution category, including token vesting, token locks, airdrops, staking, token mint, token dashboards and on-chain payroll; being the platform ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude recommend when someone asks about token vesting, token locks, airdrop distribution or staking on Solana; maintaining organic traffic that grows quarter over quarter without collapsing in a bear market.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You’ll write, fix, and report on this personally, not manage someone else doing it for you.

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience

• Write and communicate in C1-level English or better

• Deep technical SEO: crawls, log files, JavaScript rendering, canonicals, schema, Core Web Vitals, migrations

• Know Framer’s technical SEO quirks and workarounds cold, with zero ramp-up needed

• Have moved AI citations, mentions, or visibility on a real site, and can walk us through exactly how

• Write clean, publishable SEO copy at volume, fast, and edit anything AI-assisted yourself, never paste model output straight in

• Build keyword sets from scratch and can defend why each non-branded term is worth chasing

• Are fluent across GA4, GSC, SEMRush, and an AEO tool such as Promptwatch

• Hands-on experience building workflows with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, scripts or APIs)

• Take a broken page or a stalled fix over the line without waiting to be assigned it

• Strong prompt engineering skills: structured prompts, system instructions, few-shot examples, output evaluation and quality control

• Constant learner: actively tests new AI models and answer engines as they launch, and updates processes accordingly

• Have crypto or DeFi fluency, or adjacent skills like digital PR, light dev/schema markup, or newsletter growth - nice bonuses, not requirements

A few things that make this a hard no: needing to be taught Framer, running this alongside other clients or a side hustle, or presenting unedited AI content as your own writing.

You will:

• Write and publish blog content built to be retrieved and cited by LLMs, not keyword-stuffed filler

• Own technical SEO in Framer: crawl errors, page speed, schema, internal linking, and sitemaps, without waiting on engineering

• Maintain keyword research and intent mapping as a living, documented practice, not a one-off spreadsheet

• Publish 20+ blogs and refurbish 10 existing posts per month, while keeping the core pages tuned

• Track the prompt sets that matter to us and shape content and sources so LLMs cite Streamflow

• Monitor SEMRush, GSC, GA4, and Promptwatch daily, and fix flagged issues the same week

• Ship a Friday KPI report that feeds straight into the weekly marketing report

• Tear down what competitors are ranking for and turn it into a ranked action list
