Senior Video Designer

We're looking for a Senior Video Designer to create advertising creatives for mobile games - someone who understands game mechanics deeply enough to build a strong hook, not just edit existing footage.

You'll own creatives from the initial brief through to the final, launch-ready result optimized for performance.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Create and produce advertising videos, stop-motion, and playable creatives for mobile games
• Translate game mechanics into a strong hook and a clear visual narrative within the first few seconds
• Own a creative from concept through to a finished, performance-ready result
• Balance gameplay footage, pacing, and storytelling to maximize engagement
• Iterate on creatives based on performance data and test results
• Collaborate with the Creative Lead and the client team to define concept direction

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• A portfolio featuring specific, successful game advertising creatives with a clear personal contribution
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, not just editing and motion design
• Experience building hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds of a video
• Familiarity with performance metrics and how they inform creative iteration
• Ability to independently take a creative from idea to a finished, launch-ready product
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects
• Experience working with AI-powered design and creative tools
• Good English and Russian knowledge
