About the role

We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager (Meta Ads) who will take full ownership of the Meta acquisition channel and become one of the key drivers of the company's growth. We are looking for someone who thinks like a business owner, identifies new growth opportunities, scales acquisition profitably, and works closely with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to improve the entire growth funnel.

What you'll do

• Own and scale Meta Ads as one of the company's primary growth channels.

• Develop and execute the Meta growth strategy across multiple subscription products.

• Scale advertising budgets while maintaining strong unit economics.

• Build a high-velocity creative testing system together with the Creative team.

• Generate and validate growth hypotheses across creatives, funnels, targeting, and acquisition strategies.

• Analyze the entire acquisition funnel, identify bottlenecks, and work with Product to improve conversion.

• Work closely with Analytics to make data-driven decisions.

• Improve attribution quality using Meta Pixel, Conversion API and tracking solutions.

• Automate routine processes and optimize campaign operations.

• Launch new GEOs and test new scaling approaches.

• Take full ownership of Meta performance and business results.

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads at Senior or Lead level.

• Proven experience working with subscription-based digital products.

• Strong experience with Web2Web and/or Web2App funnels.

• Experience scaling Meta budgets of $500K+ per month.

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads scaling strategies.

• Experience building structured Creative Testing frameworks.

• Experience working closely with Creative Producers and Creative Production teams.

• Ability to generate creative hypotheses based on data.

• Deep understanding of unit economics and performance marketing metrics.

• Strong understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, attribution and tracking.

• Experience working with Product, Analytics and Creative teams.

• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.

• Experience working with US and other Tier-1 markets.
