Senior User Acquisition Manager
About Lovi Care
Lóvi is a science-backed, AI-powered wellness assistant that helps people look and feel their best — across skincare, beauty, makeup, haircare, and eye care. The app scans your face and your products, then builds personalized, brand-neutral routines rooted in clinical reasoning and powered by our proprietary Lóvi Score and a face scanner trained by a medical board. Our mission is to democratize dermatology and cosmetology, turning the subjective world of self-care into a rigorously structured, AI-driven experience.
We've already become the absolute leader in our segment — and we continue to grow at a rapid pace. Named "Top AI Smart Skin Care App 2026" by Healthcare Tech Outlook.
Meta is our core growth engine, and this role is central to accelerating that momentum.
About the role
We're looking for a Senior UA Manager to own Meta end-to-end as our primary acquisition channel and personally drive scale and efficiency. This is a hands-on performance role with real ownership: you'll manage large budgets, run aggressive-but-controlled scaling, and work in an AI- and automation-first environment where using tools like Claude, Cursor and Gemini deeply is part of the daily workflow — not an afterthought.
This role is for someone who wants channel ownership, large budgets, an automation-first culture, and real performance impact.
What you'll do
Own and scale Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end — this is the core of the role and demands a top-tier, expert-level command of the channel.
Manage and grow monthly budgets of $500K+, with a clear plan for how to scale spend 2x–3x
when performance allows, without breaking efficiency.
Run secondary channels (TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, AppLovin) as diversification and incremental growth levers.
Design and execute testing frameworks across creatives, funnels, and campaign structures.
Use AI and automation to fundamentally improve how UA is run — leveraging Claude, Cursor, Gemini and similar tools deeply to build workflows, automate reporting and analysis, launch/ duplicate/optimize campaigns, and speed up decision-making.
Drive creative and funnel experiments together with product and creative teams.
Identify scalable growth levers and deliver controlled performance scale with a ROAS / LTV focus.
Maintain campaign logic and process documentation.
We're looking for
5+ years in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing.
Expert-level, hands-on Meta Ads experience — deep command of campaign optimization and scaling at high budget levels. This is the single most important requirement.
Proven experience managing $500K+ in monthly paid spend, with a track record of scaling spend 2x–3x while holding efficiency.
Hands-on experience with other channels — TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, AppLovin.
Deep, daily use of AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Gemini, etc.) — a hard must-have. We mean real, advanced usage: building automated workflows, analysis and reporting pipelines, creative/copy generation at scale — not just search queries or basic file editing.
Strong analytical and experimentation mindset; data-driven decision making.
Experience with web subscription-based or B2C digital products.
High autonomy: ability to fully own the channel and operate independently.
English B2+.
Nice to have
Experience with web + mobile acquisition combined.
Building automation: rules, scripts, automated campaign management.
Experience launching new products and scaling them from zero.
What we offer
Full-time, fully remote
A product that's actually used. Lóvi isn't a prototype; it's a growing product with real users and real revenue.
Ambitious goals. We're building the personalization layer for the entire beauty industry, not just another skincare app.
Room to grow. We're a small team, so there's always space to take on more and grow along the way
