  • Develop reusable UI systems for dynamic live-ops content and in-game events
  • Implement robust observability and crash-reporting pipelines

  • Work closely with the CTO on long-term technical strategy

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience with Unity development
  • Experience shipping and operating live mobile games on iOS and Android
  • Strong C# fundamentals and solid software architecture practices
  • Experience building live-ops, remote config, and experimentation systems
  • Experience with server-authoritative architecture (Nakama, PlayFab, Beamable, AccelByte, or similar)
  • Experience integrating backend services into Unity clients
  • Experience with headless simulations or automated gameplay testing
  • Familiarity with AppsFlyer, Unity Version Control, Unity Asset Manager, Datadog RUM, and Firebase Crashlytics
  • Experience working on F2P mobile casual/puzzle games (match-3, merge, blast, solitaire, etc.)
  • Advanced English proficiency with a strong command of vocabulary to communicate effectively in professional contexts.
  • Comfortable working in small, fast-moving teams with high ownership and autonomy

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with the Heroic Labs ecosystem (Nakama, Satori, Hiro) as a backend
  • Exposure to ML-driven personalization or experimentation systems
  • Experience outside of Unity development

Why This Role:

  • Build a live mobile game from the ground up
  • Direct collaboration with CTO and product leadership
  • High ownership and architectural influence
  • No legacy constraints :)
  • Small experienced team with fast decision-making

We offer:

  • Remote-first approach with various collaboration models
  • Smooth onboarding experience, with full support from our team to help you feel confident from accepting the offer
  • Work alongside experienced, like-minded professionals with an opportunity for fast professional growth
  • Competitive salaries, reviewed on a timely basis, or personal achievements and involvement in the project
  • A standard 5-day workweek, synced with the GMT+3 time zone
  • 20 business days of paid vacation, with the option to take single days off from this amount
  • Public holidays based on your country of residence
