We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with a proven record of creating successful UI/UX concepts for mobile F2P games. The role focuses on improving existing live products: analysing the current player experience, redesigning user journeys where needed, creating new interface solutions and supporting their integration into the game.

Responsibilities:

• Design UX and UI solutions for existing mobile F2P products
• Analyse navigation, onboarding, gameplay scenarios, meta systems, monetisation flows, live-ops flows and interface logic; identify friction points and improvement opportunities
• Create conceptual UX solutions, screens and interface systems for new or updated product scenarios
• Balance UX improvements with the established habits and expectations of the current player base; recommend a full redesign when incremental changes are insufficient
• Prepare clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI specifications and handoff documentation; support implementation and review the result in the game
• Partner with Game Design, Product, Art, Development, Analytics and LiveOps teams
• Help develop shared UX principles and a scalable design system across the company’s mobile F2P products

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience creating successful UI/UX concepts for mobile F2P games (mandatory)
• Senior-level UI/UX design skills: independence, structured thinking, sound rationale for decisions and ownership through implementation
• Hands-on experience with mobile game interfaces, preferably in casual, hybrid-casual, puzzle, merge, match, solitaire-like, sorting, hidden-object, jigsaw, word, logic or related genres
• Strong understanding of mobile F2P systems: FTUE/onboarding, core and meta loops, progression, events, offers, rewarded ads, IAP, bundles, store, pop-ups, player segmentation and live-ops
• Experience redesigning existing interfaces and player journeys, while preserving product recognisability for current players
• Professional proficiency with Figma or comparable tools; ability to produce implementation-ready deliverables
• Understanding of how UI/UX affects retention, engagement, conversion, monetisation, funnel completion, clarity, accessibility and player frustration
• English sufficient for day-to-day communication, documentation and design discussions

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with live products, full interface redesigns, design systems, multi-product UI/UX consistency, Unity UI, adaptive layouts, safe areas, localisation, device fragmentation, A/B testing and analytics collaboration
