Senior Technical Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our energetic Recruitment team at Scorewarrior!

The primary focus will be the fast and efficient hiring of top C++ developers and QA engineers, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and maintaining high hiring standards for a product team that builds architectural systems to improve the efficiency of game feature development and mitigate product risks.

What will you do?

- Recruiting exceptional people to join Scorewarrior’s growing team.

- Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile.

- Organizing all processes of interaction with candidates till offer acceptance.

- Organizing a collection of references on candidates.

- Developing and refining an interview process that enhances our assessment quality while optimising the candidate experience.

- Screening CVs and interviewing qualified candidates.

- Maintain ATS, Notion, and other candidate tracking systems with precision.

- Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods.

- Collecting and analyzing data on the work and presenting reports to stakeholders.

- Preparation and negotiation of offers with candidates.

- Training hiring managers on best hiring practices.

- Research and use compensation data to align offers with market expectations.

Who are we looking for?

- 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter in gamedev/ IT.

- Willingness to focus on sourcing and hiring C++ Developers.

- Experience in searching candidates and their contacts on specialized resources: LinkedIn / GitHub / Stackoverflow / FB / Habr, and other professional sources, and social networks.

- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.

- Strong communication skills (written and oral).

- Result orientation, proactivity, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changes.

- Interest in games.

- Located in or willing to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus.
