Now we are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join Wallet & Integrations Team.

The Wallet & Integrations team is one of our key platform teams, enabling partners around the world by connecting new payment services and methods, as well as handling other integrations. They take ownership of a critical part of our products, ensuring stability, reliability, and ongoing support.

You will:

• Lead engineering team through the entire development lifecycle

• Process payment (credit cards and mobile money), SMS gates and legal integration requests

• Ensure the stability and continuous improvement of existing functionality

• Work with internal and external stakeholders

• Manage project timelines, expectations and milestones

• Make sure the team deliver high quality, and compelling software products

• Help the team to overcome any impediments and be a single point of truth for them

• Manage team metrics, conducting feedback sessions and performance evaluations

• Have fun with the team. They’re adorable people, really

We expect:

• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience

• A proven experience in leading complex web and mobile projects

• Proven experience with API and integration projects. Experience with payments is a huge plus

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies

• Solid hands-on experience with Kanban

• Strong ability to align tasks with business goals and product priorities

• Proactive approach to supporting and developing team

• Fluent English

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Passion for building great products, with a willingness to dive into technical aspects of integrations

• Fluency in Russian, Belarusian, or Ukrainian is required
