Senior Technical Engineer (Infrastructure & Low Voltage Systems)
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly qualified Technical AV/LV and Security Engineer with extensive experience in the design and implementation of complex engineering solutions. This role combines strategic project portfolio management with hands-on technical expertise. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle - from creating drawings in CAD systems to the successful implementation and handover of international-scale projects.
Responsibilities:
Technical Design: Developing and providing technical oversight for the creation of detailed plans, diagrams, and as-built documentation in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD.
Lifecycle Management (AV/LV/SECURITY): Full control of implementation - from requirements gathering and cost estimation to final testing and support.
Systems Expertise: In-depth project management in the fields of structured cc.
Coordination and BIM: Aligning engineering drawings with related disciplines (architecture, electrical) to prevent on-site collisions.
Stakeholder Management: Effective communication with international and local clients, suppliers, and installation teams.
Scaling and Quality: Ensuring high installation standards based on experience with a large volume of objects (200+ projects).
Requirements:
Over 5 years in the field of design and implementation of engineering systems.
Expert proficiency in ArchiCAD
Experience with AutoCAD or Revit for integrating engineering solutions into architectural plans
Specialized technical education
Understanding of Agile/Scrum for software-related project components and Waterfall for construction and installation phases
High level of responsibility, ability to make decisions in critical situations, and strong negotiation skills
Ability to work aligned with US business hours and effectively communicate across time zones
English proficiency at a level sufficient for working with technical documentation and international partners
Preferred Qualifications
SCS Installer Certifications
Certified in relevant international qualifications (e.g., PMP, CTS, or vendor-specific industry certifications)
Experience working with large international companies and familiarity with ISO/IEC standards
Ability to work under the US time zone (Eastcost)
