Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / VBET

VBET is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You will have the opportunity to manage vacancies across our international regions, including the EU, Brazil, Ukraine and Armenia.

The Role

Framework:

• Portfolio: Non-Technical (80%) and Technical (20%) vacancies across Marketing, Customer Support, Risks, Finance, Legal, Compliance and other departments

• Geographic Mix: High focus on international recruitment (e.g., SE, UK, NL, RO, BR, UA) with periodic involvement in local hiring

• Work Type: This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, focusing on quality of hire and efficient delivery

• Build and maintain talent pipelines through active sourcing and networking, specifically within the international market.

• Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and provide market insights

• Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience from the first touchpoint to onboarding

• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and handle operational tasks related to the hiring flow

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment workflows and employer branding initiatives

Candidate Profile:

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment

• Sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Proficiency in English and Russian

• Experience in executive search

Nice to Have:

Experience or strong interest in the iGaming industry is a significant plus
