About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Tableau Consultant to join a long-term enterprise project in a regulated environment. You will design and optimize high-performance dashboards and work closely with modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize enterprise Tableau dashboards

• Develop data models on Cloudera & Azure Databricks

• Optimize SQL queries (Hive, Impala, Spark SQL, Databricks SQL)

• Implement Tableau performance strategies (extract vs live, query tuning)

• Set up secure Tableau environments (row-level security)

• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards

• Collaborate with DataOps, IT security, and business stakeholders

• Create high-quality documentation and testing processes

• Provide knowledge transfer and handover

Requirements

• Strong Tableau (Desktop + Server/Cloud) experience

• Experience in finance/controlling or regulated industries

• Hands-on with Cloudera, Hadoop, Azure Databricks

• Advanced SQL skills

• Knowledge of Delta Lake, Parquet/ORC

• Experience with row-level security and enterprise BI

• Strong communication skills in English
