At TaxDome, we're building the #1 practice management platform for accounting firms in the US and globally. Founded in 2017, we've grown into a 400+ fully remote team across 40+ countries, serving tens of thousands of businesses worldwide with millions of end clients.
You'll be part of a globally distributed team built on trust, ownership, and self-management.
We focus on outcomes over activity, prioritizing clear ownership, pragmatic decision-making, and accountability for results over rigid processes. Collaboration is central to how we operate: we communicate openly, involve the right people early, and continuously improve how we build products and teams together.
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager, AI Features to join our Product team and help us run the day-to-day product work on TaxDome's AI features, owning each one from spec to how it performs in production. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership, make meaningful decisions, and directly impact the quality, cost, and adoption of the AI features thousands of accounting firms rely on every day.
It's a fully remote role, we are hiring across Europe, with a preference for candidates working within CET (±3 hours).
Set the quality bar for each feature and run the eval loop with the ML and eval teams, deciding what gets tested, against what, how often, and what happens when the target isn't met.
Own the data and human-in-the-loop design behind each model, from where training and test data comes from and how the labeling program runs, to who reviews model output, what they can change, and how confidence thresholds and fallback behavior evolve over time.
Own the latency budget and unit economics of each feature, deciding whether the user waits or is told later, and tracking cost per call, per token, and per user per month as more firms adopt it.
Work with the growth team on packaging and pricing, and decide how each feature rolls out: who gets it first, what has to be true before it reaches more firms, and when to turn it off.
Own consent, disclosure, and compliance before ship, covering what we ask users, how AI output is labeled, data class and retention, sub-processor disclosure, and regional routing.
Own adoption end to end, from onboarding and empty states to how users discover a feature while they work, and turn interviews, community feedback, and support load into specific changes.
5+ years in product management, including 2+ years shipping AI features, on complex multi-tenant or multi-user products such as B2B SaaS, fintech, or vertical SaaS, where you've had to decide how wrong an imperfect feature is allowed to be.
Hands-on with how AI evals work, for agentic systems, non-agentic LLM calls, and non-LLM models, and you know which metric fits which kind of output.
Fluent in agentic mechanics and their tradeoffs, tool calling, orchestration, multi-step jobs, when a human in the loop is the right answer to a model's errors, and what actually drives an AI feature's cost.
Able to write clearly and decide in writing, since most decisions here are made asynchronously in a document with the trade-off stated.
Fluent English and daily hands-on use of AI assistants as a core tool in your own workflow, not an occasional experiment.
Comfortable with document-heavy AI, OCR and document processing, ideally with a background in accounting, tax, legal, or another compliance-heavy industry.
Experience running an annotation or data-labeling program, and familiarity with an agent-to-tool protocol such as MCP.
Background in SaaS product analytics and experience taking an AI feature through a privacy or legal review before ship.
At TaxDome, we aim to create an environment where people can do their best work and grow alongside the company.
Competitive compensation, paid in USD, transparently shared before the first interview
Fully remote work with flexible hours
30 paid days off annually, plus sick days as needed
Health & well-being support
Learning & development budget to support your professional growth
English lessons reimbursement
Co-working space reimbursement
Company-provided equipment (conditions may vary depending on the role)
A high level of autonomy and ownership in your work
The opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing global SaaS company
A collaborative, international team with a strong product mindset
Upon successful completion of the interview process and acceptance of the offer to join, an employment verification check will be conducted as part of pre-boarding, confirming job titles and dates of engagement with 2 of your previous employers. This is a required step for all new joiners.
If you're excited about this opportunity and believe you could make an impact at TaxDome, we'd love to hear from you!
