Senior Solutions Engineer
About the Role
At the core, you enjoy helping customers and internal stakeholders using your deep technical knowledge. As a Solutions Engineer at Unlimit, you will be the technical expert helping our customers design integration solutions, solve complex problems, and successfully launch their financial projects. You will act as the key bridge between our clients and our internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Account Management).
Because we are growing, this is a unique opportunity to join as the first member of our Solutions Team in the region, where you will have the agency to help define and shape our local standard operating procedures (SOPs).
What You Will Do
Your role is dynamic, balancing direct technical execution with strategic account management. You will divide your time as follows:
- Integration Work (40%): Assist signed customers in technical integrations from sandbox to public product launches. You will lead requirements gathering, provide technical recommendations, conduct testing, and oversee initial transaction monitoring.
- Pre-Sales Support (40%): Partner with Sales and Account Management to win new business. This includes performing technical product demos, answering security and RFP questionnaires, and architecting integration solutions to fit the prospect's use cases.
- Technical Account Management (20%): Provide high-level, strategic support for our most important, high-volume, or strategic accounts. You will ensure the ongoing success of these relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
- Process Improvement: Drive business process optimization by refining the customer journey, from initial sales discovery to final project go-live.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of API concepts, security mechanisms and integration patterns.
- Architecture Knowledge: Strong grasp of SaaS architecture, cloud computing conventions, and modern web applications. AWS knowledge would a plus.
- Engineering Fundamentals: You should be able to demonstrate coding skills in Java, writing databases queries in SQL, be familiar with software frameworks, and client-server architecture. Scripting in Python would be a plus.
- Tools: Postman, Claude Code/Codex/Other AI Harness, any DB client and any OpenAPI demo tool.
- Communication: Proven ability to present and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with a high level of organization.

- Time-to-Value: Reducing the time between contract execution and the "go-live" milestone.
- Revenue Impact: Directly supporting the closing of key deals and enabling existing customers to utilize the full scope of their purchased services.
