We're looking for a Senior SEO Specialist / Expert (AEO/AI-native). We need someone who takes ownership of results and is ready to develop and execute strategies that drive growth, who attract relevant audiences through organic search, and boost business metrics by improving content and search visibility.
Projects to be handled:
A content platform for freelancers. This involves working on a blog and guides aimed at attracting and retaining freelancers. A content strategy will need to be formed, semantics gathered, and expert and SEO-optimised content written or outsourced. Its effectiveness and relevance will then need to be tracked.
SEO landing pages for the FSM segment (field service management). Creating and optimising product pages for various B2B niches, such as HVAC, cleaning and plumbing. This will include programmatic approaches, template generation, content management, link promotion and finding growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Develop SEO/AEO strategy focused on business results aligned with ICP, GTM stage, and product capabilities
Plan roadmap for short-term (30/90 days) and mid-term (6 months) with clear milestones and priorities
Manage and coordinate internal content team and external link building partners: brief creation, workflow management, and performance tracking
Set up analytics and KPIs — leading indicators (coverage, CTR, rankings) and lagging metrics (signups, MQL, revenue contribution)
Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and development team: task setting, timeline management, and process ownership
Optimize for AI search engines (AEO/GEO)
What we expect:
Senior+ level experience in B2B SaaS with proven case studies - 5+ years
Hands-on expertise in AEO/GEO
Ability to analyze user search behavior and turn insights into actionable strategies that connect SEO to business goals and revenue
Ownership, grit, and clarity in approach to tasks. Strong problem-solving skills: ability to decode complex search behavior and create repeatable strategies
Deep understanding of SEO metrics + ability to build business KPI systems, work with attribution, and measure revenue contribution
Understanding and active use of AI tools, readiness to adapt to the rapidly evolving search landscape
