Senior Researcher (Client Relationships & Service)
Why this role matters
Collect, process, and analyze data to generate actionable insights supporting data-driven decision-making across the Client Relationships & Service Division. The role involves identifying trends, uncovering patterns, causal Inference and creating visualizations or reports to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, driving improvements in operations, strategy, and performance.
The role is based in our Limassol office, Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.
What you'll actually do
- To define/improve metrics representing the product’s performance and operations efficiency
- Collect data from multiple sources, ensuring its accuracy and completeness.
- Clean, organize, and transform raw data into usable formats for analysis.
- To search for inefficiencies and suggest solutions
- To assess solutions through backtesting, A/B testing and modeling
- To know well the data landscape and collaborate with Data Engineers to improve it
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in data science.
- Comprehensive understanding of mathematical statistics and probability theory.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas, visualization and ML packages).
- Expertise in machine learning and math modeling, enabling analysis and interpretation of data for informed decision-making.
- Strong proficiency in causal inference methods and a proven track record of A/B test design and result interpretation.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Spark
- Experience with Metabase and Grafana
- Experience working in Agile environments or collaborating with development teams
