Senior React Native developer

Quantum One is looking for a Senior React Native developer on a three-month contract, remote, starting within two weeks.

We build AI solutions for companies in the UAE: energy, logistics, manufacturing, infrastructure.

The work:

• One React Native codebase for iOS and Android: reusable component architecture, rendering performance held on both platforms

• Integration with our FastAPI backend - REST and streaming endpoints - and with AI features: chat interfaces, document workflows, RAG

• Native modules where cross-platform stops: push notifications, biometrics, files, camera

• Releases to the App Store and Google Play end to end, plus CI/CD for mobile builds
  
  

What you need:

• 3+ years with React Native in production, strong TypeScript, and React understood down to hooks, state, and rendering behaviour

• Apps you have shipped and then maintained on both stores, including certificates, provisioning, signing, and review

• React Navigation; Redux Toolkit, Zustand or similar; React Query or RTK Query

• Enough Swift/Objective-C or Kotlin/Java to read native code and write a bridge when the JS side runs out

• Profiling and performance debugging on real devices, and command of the build toolchain: Metro, Node, npm/yarn/pnpm

• Working-level English - we operate as a distributed team.
