Senior Python Engineer + AI/ML

Remote (outside Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine; valid residence permit for the country of residence required).

We are looking for a Senior Python Engineer with deep backend expertise and a passion for building intelligent systems at scale. In this role, you’ll contribute to the development of AI-powered systems that drive automation in  healthcare administration.

You’ll join a team of experienced engineers, working directly with the CTO (co-founder)  to shape and scale a system designed to replace humans.

What You’ll Work On

• Design, implement, and optimize core Python backend services.

• Architect and support microservices and APIs connecting various components (LLMs, OCR/CV, client & admin apps).

• Develop pipelines for LLM-powered agents.

• Build and maintain OCR and CV modules integrated with backend logic.

• Fine-tuning LLMs, curating datasets, and evaluating performance in production.

• Implement RPA modules to handle tasks with minimal human input.

• Support deployment and operations through CI/CD and DevOps best practices.

Key Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience, 4+ years of Python experience

• Solid knowledge of software architecture, system design, and API development.

• Hands-on experience building or integrating LLM agents, OCR/CV models, or similar AI modules

• Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and dataset management.

• Understanding of RPA concepts and tools.

• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and deploying scalable systems in production.

• A mindset focused on product value, clean code, and long-term maintainability.

• Bonus: background in healthcare tech, AI compliance, or security-conscious engineering.
