Senior Project Manager

Interexy is looking for a Senior Project Manager

We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and strategic individual who excels at leading projects with precision, adapting to changes, and ensuring smooth communication between the team and our clients.

What you will be doing:

Communicating effectively with both the customer and the team.

Planning timelines and workload distribution for the team.

Coordinating work throughout the entire development cycle.

Managing project changes, maintaining a risk register, and mitigating risks.

Overseeing budgets and preparing necessary documentation and reports.

Acting as a Scrum coach to ensure team efficiency and agile practices.

What is important to us:

4+ years of project management experience.

Experience working in both outsourcing and product companies.

Excellent written and verbal English skills (B2+ level).

Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Scrum, Agile), technologies, and processes.

Proven success in delivering web and mobile applications.

Ability to manage at least 3 projects simultaneously from inception to completion.

Technical background with experience in coding, construction, or architecture is a plus.

Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).

Familiarity with Blockchain technology is a significant advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated leadership abilities with the confidence to lead teams effectively.
