Senior Product Manager (WEB-team)

About the Role

We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead web product development at Salmon. This role owns the strategy and execution for a broad portfolio of web-based tools — including the customer web application, Sales Network Portal, and low-code platform deliverables.

The position involves being and working most of the time in Manila. We help with relocation, finding housing and other things to make your move as comfortable as possible.

Key Responsibilities

Building amazing web products that people love to use;

Driving business metrics and seeing your solutions scale to hundreds of thousands of users;

Working with a passionate team of designers, analysts, and developers who care deeply about quality.

Develop and grow Salmon’s web ecosystem (landing pages, customer portal, admin dashboards, partner integrations).

Research user needs and uncover product insights, turning them into solutions that deliver business impact.

Design and launch new features and interfaces, test hypotheses, and identify growth opportunities.

Manage the development process from idea to release and post-launch analytics.

Own web metrics: traffic, conversion, retention, load speed, SEO, Core Web Vitals.

Collaborate closely with engineering (frontend/backend), UX/UI designers, and marketing teams.

What we expect from candidate

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Web Product Owner.

Strong understanding of web technologies (CMS, APIs, SEO, analytics, UI/UX).

Proven ability to manage roadmaps, prioritize features, and align stakeholders.

Data-driven mindset: you know how to set and track metrics effectively.

Experience running A/B tests and analyzing user behavior (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Similarweb, Amplitude, etc).

English fluency sufficient to work in an international team.
