As Senior Product Manager, Verification Automation & Operational Efficiency, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution for verifying millions of drivers, couriers, and vehicles across 48 countries. Because verification determines who gets onto the platform, this domain directly shapes platform safety, trust, and unit economics.
You will drive two parallel priorities: expanding automated checks (AI/ML, OCR, government API integrations) to reduce costs and processing time, while building high-efficiency queues and tooling for the manual review operations team. Partnering closely with Design, Engineering, Data Science, Security, Operations, and executive leadership, you will align complex roadmaps to lower the cost per verification without compromising accuracy or letting fraud through.
Scale Global Automation: Expand rule-based and AI/ML verification pipelines (OCR, biometrics, API integrations) to auto-resolve high-volume applications safely and accurately.
Maximize Operational Throughput: Transform manual review workflows, queues, and dashboard UX to dramatically speed up review times and reduce human error.
Bridge Operations and Product: Convert daily frontline operational pain points into high-value product features and a unified strategic roadmap.
Manage Verification Unit Costs: Take full accountability for domain unit economics, driving down cost-per-verification while protecting accuracy and completion rates.
Drive Cross-Functional Delivery: Orchestrate complex, multi-team roadmaps across Engineering, Data Science, Security, Operations, and Business leadership.
Navigate Regulatory & Technical Risk: Build scalable, privacy-compliant (GDPR, local laws) verification architectures that protect customer data without adding friction to the user experience.
Optimize via Data & Testing: Use rigorous data analytics and continuous testing to track, refine, and improve verification accuracy, speed, and cost efficiency.
4+ years of core PM experience in high-volume platforms (Ride-hailing, Marketplaces, FinTech), focused heavily on back-office and internal operations tools.
Hands-on experience with human-in-the-loop products (routing, queues, moderation) with a track record of driving down operational cost-per-task and turnaround times.
Deep focus on operational UX, auditing tool layouts to maximize operator speed and minimize human error.
Technical fluency in microservices, backend integrations, and data pipelines.
Self-sufficient in analytics & experimentation, with a holistic view on balancing core conversion metrics against risk and fraud guardrails.
Strong stakeholder management, capable of aligning multi-department teams (5+) and navigating complex dependencies.
Professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1+), Russian is a plus.
Help us challenge injustice by creating fair choices for millions of people across 48 countries.
Develop your professional skills with access to mentoring, career consulting, and learning programs.
